bad service

I picked up my datsun on 17 aug 2015, and the salesmen promised that I could have my mags fitted at any tiger wheel and tyre the next day, when I got to tiger wheel and tyre , nissan refused to pay for the mags, they said it was to expensive, and they could only pay R6600, I ordered the car with mags , so they were suppose to have it fitted, I ran around the whole day, looking for a place that was cheaper, secondly my number plates came afew days after the temporary plate expired, and I was told by the salesmen that I will receive an emergency bag with the car and a present, but I'm still waiting for it, when I phone the salesmen he says he will sort it out, But I have received no joy up until today.
