Bad customer service

I bought a Datsun Go from the dealership in Vereeniging. The sales person who assisted me, Josiah, was impersonal. I was not given the choice to choose my own car colour and the colour of the interior. After the purchase of the car it took more than a month to receive my plate numbers.<br> <br> Recently I wanted to cancel the service plan that I took out for the car. I called the lady who helped me sign my contact, she gave the phone to Josiah who then told me that its impossible for me to cancel it and did not give me the name of the company that was underwriting the contract of the plan. I than asked for the Sales manager who hasn't gotten back to me as yet.<br> <br> The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Regardless of the fact that I am purchasing a Datsun and not a VW or a Merc, I as the customer deserve good service. I bringing in business for you.
