DateInaDash money *****ing ****!

Date ina Dash promotes themselves as a "reliable speed dating service provider in the UK", & charge £20.00 per event. My friends and I booked for an event 3 months ago, it got cancelled & we were told to use credit for the next week. Then the next 1 was also cancelled & we were told that their terms don't allow for refunds, that it is credited to our account to use for another event. So we signed up for a 3rd time, and surprise surprise that was also cancelled (on the day). Again requesting a refund & advised that their terms are no refunds. At some point there needs to be a limit as too how many times you can keep cancelled events & essentially just *****ing people's money! Complete ****!!!
