We sent a damaged hard drive in to Hendrik Denysschen on the 10/07/2019. A brand new 500GB solid state hard drive was also then couriered directly to his offices for the recovered data to be placed on.

Hendrik was unable to recover the data. We sent the couriers to collect the damaged hard drive AND the new SSD. Only the damaged hard drive was sent back.

Hendrik promises a money back guarantee if he is unable to recover the data. To date, after many emails and phone calls... no credit has been received, and no 500GB SSD has been sent back. Each time we are blown off with being told he will send the hard drive back, and authorize the refund "next week"

Don't use this company for your recovery. I have now sent this to my legal retainers to take things further.
