A company you should sidestep!

This is supposedly a primary resource verification company. However they can’t even properly verify employment experience. Once there is a slight issue in verification they do not follow logic steps in finding out what the problem is.

You cannot contact someone in the company as you have to follow an online query system that doesn’t work. Ultimately they have a monopoly as you pay, they delay verification, and you don’t get anywhere. Surely a company in this day and age would have a proper communication channel with clients and customers. Very poor service.

Please don’t use this company if you have an alternative. If you have to good luck!
