Had the Agent Mercia Lira. Borrow R6000 against a lease agreement to find a tennant for our rental property promising to pay it back once the tennant was placed. The Principal agent *****ulantly produced a lawyers letter stating this procedure. & when the tennant paid the deposit they dissapeard with my R6000 deposit & the R6000 loan.
