Dat@stoor. Unprofessional time and wallet virus.

On the 31st of May 2019, I bought an HP printer from Dat@stoor, Kleinmond. About a month ago it stopped working properly. After having tried all the possible fixes known to me and having none working, I returned the printer to Dat@stoor. Not to ask for my money back or for them to fix it free of charge but only so they could fix it - the owner truly was busy with visibly urgent work and told me he would take a look at it the next day. Not being a resident of Kleinmond's, we don't go there often and so a week ago I sent my worker to Kleinmond specifically to pick up my printer. He was told the printer had not been looked at. He called me and I instructed him to bring it back as is. The person who was helping him, said no he shouldn't take it and that they would have a look at it. When a couple of days later i sent him AGAIN, they simply told him that I had not bought the printer from them and that it was totally broken!

Now unfortunately for them, I am not the kind of person who throws away receipts. I will be there coming Thursday with the printer and will ask for my money back - box or no box, I paid for it and there must be a guarantee on it. I will never ever make use of this place again and I will sure as hell never recommend it to anyone. What kind of an establishment treats its customers like this whether, regular or not? Do they regularly treat their customers like that, or not? When they can't fix a thing they sold, they say the article was not bought from them. Except for the fact that they temporarily made a **** of me, they caused me GREAT inconvenience as well as some money as I had to have documents printed at other service providers and not from the comfort of my office or house. Very inconvenient. Very unprofessional. Use with great care.
