Dastek Incompetence
Dastek - a 15 day (and counting) saga in incompetence and bad customer service. It has become a daily exercise to phone, hear the latest excuse and hear the newest lie as to when it will be ready. After 15 days, still no management intervention, no apology, no nothing. Do yourself a favour and stay away!!

05 Dec 2024, 14:38Glad to report a happy ending. Quinton, the production manager phoned me. He was apologetic and polite, but took firm charge and sorted out the situation by personally following up. He just confirmed the car is ready for pickup, with a discount for the inconvenience. So all is well that ends well, thanks Quinton
