Pathetic Service and received torn top

I an apalled at how pathetic the service is.After waiting for my top and wondering why I havent herd from them i was told by Charlene that they delivered to the wrong person which was corrected and I should receive it last fri which I didnt.Receivrf it today on tues and to my horror my top is torn is 3 places!!!How do u pack a torn top for your customer?Pathetic
