Disregard of their own returns policy.

I ordered two dresses from Dashing Fashion a few weeks ago and paid my deposit. When the dresses arrived I sent someone to collect them for me and found that one dress is too short. Prior to fetching the dresses I emailed the owner of Dashing Fashion, Charlene, and asked her if I could swop either of the items if they didn't fit. She agreed and this is also the policy on the website. I didn't receive a response from Charlene (the email was sent on 13th October) so I sent her a whatsapp on 21st October to follow up. She responded \aw we only have 7 day return policy". I rep**** and said I had emailed her on the 13th and resent my email. To date I have had no response and despite pleading with her to respond she ignores me. She reads my whatsapp messages but refuses to respond. Terrible customer service! """
