Dashing Fashion.co.za- Arrogant ******* that offer the worst online experience.

If you want an awful online shopping experience, shop on dashing fashion. The rudest , most unprofessional online business ever . They don’t even deserve one star .

I placed an order with this online store dashing fashion.co.za on the 28th of November 2019 . The day my order was being dispatched - they informed me that one item was out of stock but that they would be getting stock in Jan 2020. I opted to wait for that stock as I really liked the dress . They proceeded to send me the remainder of my order which I received on the 5th of December , only to receive one item that was the incorrect size . I notified them immediately.

Since then it has been countless emails , weeks without responses , we are now in the second week of Feb 2020 . I have yet to receive my item that was promised in Jan , I have yet to have a courier collect the incorrect item and replace it for me . Eventually, I just requested a refund on my items - to which they won’t proceed with, getting a response from them is impossible ! I eventually commented on a post on their social media and they blocked me and removed my post . They are full of lies and false promises and have no respect for people who support their business . The absolute WORST customer service EVER and they have absolutely no understanding of how to address issues with orders nor do they know how to process refunds . It’s been well over two months and I still have no idea when I will receive a refund .
