Slow and defensive

Response times are slow, i have to constantly follow up on queries, i requested a quote took the team two days to figure out the information needed and i had to constantly request feedback and the Dashan kept incorrectly spelling my name after being corrected. My advice to you service your clients and provide timeous feedback. They dont provide detailed feedback and so i said ill move my policies he just removed from the whatsapp group.
