Johny Grubb - taking you for a ride

I was going to buy a auction car from Go Bid through Johny Grubb the owner of this business but are still waiting for my car to be delivered He took my bakkie, a Mazda Rustler 1600 and sold it after I paid R7338.30 for repairs. The money he got from the sale of my bakkie was going to be my deposit on the auction car. I also deposited R2500 in his business account to get the auction car released from Go Bid in Durban.. This was already 22 March 2024. He has sold my bakkie for R20 000 Rand according to him. And when I asked him where my car is he gave me a run around and did not produce a car. Now he paid in R9900 in my bank, claiming that this is all that he owes me? He could not produce any invoices up to date to show me what the repairs has cost on my bakkie and I am still waiting for him to come back to me. Even the amount of what he sold my bakkie for I want to see. I have waited patiently for 2 months now. How longer should I wait? I have reported this man to Mike Bolhuis and are going to take him to Court for giving me false promises that never realized. And now he is fabricating invoices to ***** more of my money? I want the original invoices on the dates he claimed to have fixed my bakkie. Not post dated invoices that he hastily tried to get together when I told him I think we should cancel this whole thing. He admitted to me that he was running around to get such invoices on Saturday morning. We had an appointment for ten that morning which he did not pitch for because he was trying to get together as much invoices as he could. My question is, why get the invoices now, do you not have a detailed invoice of the time you fixed my car? What did I pay for? This whole debacle is very *****, to say the least. I am very unhappy with his service.
