Disgusting service at Dash Beauty Clinic in Berea East London. Very Towels!! No accountability & Zero Customer Care from Arrogant Manager.

It was horrible. Dash Beauty Clinic in Berea East London offers massages and we booked a week in advance and confirmed the booking on the day of the appointment. Firstly they were over 30 min late. Secondly they brought us very dirty white towels for our session. Upon complaining the manager in charge did not even bother to attend to us, she sent one of her staff members. When we asked her why she was avoiding our query she did not bother to apologize and she just tried to deny everything even though the towels were clearly greasy, she instead started shouting at us and told my partner and I that we should have specified during the booking that we want clean towels. She went on to say that "People want white towels but they forget that white towels get dirty." She was more than happy to give me my money back instead of fix the problem at hand and accept some responsibility. I have no idea why she is in business at all!
