Worst supper experience ever!!!

On the 03/12/17 we went to the beach at Umhlanga. We decided to look for a place to eat afterwards, so we spotted a new place that opened up at the Pearls in Umhlanga which was looking very nice for fine dining. We have also tried the same place at their town branch. We reached there at 7.45 in which the waited said the kitchen is going to close at 8.00 so he will send a waiter to get our order before it closes. So we had some starters which we ordered at 07.50 and she took our food order at 7.55. We understand that the place was busy however the waitress did not even come back to check up on us. So my boyfriend and I continued to talk finishing our drinks which we were not even asked if we wanted anything more. After waiting almost an hour our food decides to come out and we had ordered a beef raman soup. It was the worst food I ever ate in my life I actually felt sick after having that food. So there was an Indian lady who saw that I wasn't very happy with the food based on my face gestures. We didn't even get proper cutlery from the waitress. The Indian lady saw that we had stopped eating our food and she said you look like you guys aren't enjoying your food. Then I went on to tell her how horrible the food is the egg that came in the soup was absolutely cold as if they had prepared it a few days ago the crab stick that was in the soup was frozen and the vegetables were absolutely bland. She then goes on to ask me if I am aware of what I had ordered which really made me angry that you would ask new customers a question like that. She then said I will get the waitress to pack this for u and get the bill. The bill was over r300 in which was a waste of time and money. Waiting an hour thinking you will be getting something delicious and all we got was cold food and rude service. I will never go back to Daruma it's the worst food one would ever eat.
