Poor Service @ Daruma

Had dinner at this resturant on the 09th October 2019.

Ordered the Chicken Tepenayaki, this meal was served the with chicken skin on. Having eaten at the Durban branch many times, and on this occasion chose the Umhlanga branch

Skin on or skin off was never an option,

I expressed my dis-satisfaction on not being informed upon ordering of the skin being on the chicken as the menu did not indicate this as my expectation was to have skin off.

The manager on duty infered that the onus was on me as the customer to request as tp whether or not the skin should be on the chicken for the Tepenayaki
