Horrible experience at Daruma - The Pearls

I had a really disappointing experience at Daruma. My friends and I were excited to try the place, but the service completely ruined it for us. Our orders were mixed up, and when the food finally came, the portions were noticeably smaller than what we originally ordered. To top it off, we never even received the miso soup that was supposed to come with our meals.

When we brought it up, instead of taking responsibility, the manager made us feel like we were the ones who made the mistake. There was no apology, no effort to fix the issue — just attitude and poor service. For a restaurant that seems to pride itself on quality, the experience was anything but. Definitely won’t be going back. It is a shame we cannot rate this place 0 stars after this experience.
