Disappointed

My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary and decided to go Daruma, the Pearls. Food was average and soaked in high sodium soy sauce. Waiter over-charged us on a few items that did not match price on menu. There was also no recognition of our Anniversary to make it special. Restaurant was also noisy and not romantic at all. very disappointed
