Daruma Teppanyaki experience

Wanted a Teppanyaki experience so went with some friends to this Waterfall establishment. The restaurant and ambience was excellent. The food was excellent. After enjoying Teppanyaki in Japan, I was pleasantly surprised. The only reason that I gave this 4 stars was that the Chefs didn't give the full theatrical experience. This is due to training as it takes many years to learn how to do it properly. The cooking is the easy part. I hope that the owner will bring in a real Chef from Japan to show how it should be done.
