Shocking customer service! Don't do business with this company. They lack of customer centric approach is shocking!

We engaged with this company in July this year. They did works which entailed repairing leaks and digging up courtyard areaand re-tiling. These repairs done are now leaking profusely...from starting point of repairs to where repairs have ended. We also notified them on Sunday, 17th at 06h00 when we noticed the pool of water and that spouting leaks. They promised to send Ephraim their most highly qualified technician b 10h00 that same day. Despite our numerous sms’ & calls – they are now ignoring us. We spent a lot of money with this company for said repairs. I want the notify the general public out there of their lack of customer service and care, especially as the repairs they did are now proving faulty!
