Very poor service, breach of contract

The video footage of the wedding is missing, two cameras video footage missing. Photo book images are dull and most of it are not edited, just copied and pasted, no creativity, images got a black dot on it, selected photos some are missing. Images facing wrong direction and not in correct order, background does not have the decor or anything and the video is not meant to be played on a laptop, its meant to be played on a dvd player.
