Worst service ever from Darro

I have insurance on my phone. I took it to MTN shop in East Rand mall and they refer me to Darro Electronics. I took my cellphone to them on the 20/07/2015 for repairs. The was screen cracked. They gave me a quote for R2500-00 and because I can not be without a phone they charged me 50% deposit to go ahead with the phone that I paid. Two days later they phoned to fetch my phone late the afternoon. Suddenly my phone don't want to go in anything. I took it back the next morning. They took the phone to the back and came out and say I cracked the phone on the corner. Their technicians broke it when they try to take the screen off. Then they charged me another R1000 extra. The call and say the phone is finished. We went there to collect the phone, my wife open the phone the whole frame of the phone was damaged and the phone is not even 2 months old. The manager said: \Oh is only glue we can clean it and just touch it up with black paint. Then I trough my toys out. How can they even think of suggesting that. We demand a new frame for the phone. Now the phone is worse than ever. Nobody can here me
