**** poor "service" from Darren and Sons - more damage to vehicle than when it went in

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS PLACE!! this is my harrowing experience took in my BMW F30 for a turbo recon and wastegate change with Darren and Son because it had a drivetrain error - it was initially indicated to me that this job would take four days to complete and as such I made arrangements to cater for this. Little did I know that this would be the beginning of an absolute nightmare! firstly during the repair of my car they decided to move premises and did they bother to inform a customer who has left their vehicle with them for repair and paid over a 50% deposit? - Heck NO! then this became the excuse as to why the car was taking longer than the planned and communicated 4 days - cue "what the heck does that have to do with me" A whole 8 days later I received the car back and the very same error was still there - this was after then settling my account with them. I remained patient and sought to have the issue resolved and they informed that they needed to order an actuator and replace it on the car, I proceeded to make it categorically clear that this needed to be planned properly from their side as I couldnt be inconvenienced further without the use of my car. Suddenly i get a call from the receptionist lady "summoning" me to bring the car in immediately - no consideration for the fact that i work and need to make arrangements, i rejected this with the disdain it deserved and only brought the car in the next day with clear instructions that they needed to complete the work the very same day. To my expected disappointment the car wasnt ready and i was left up ****'s creek without a paddle was a situation! I ended up collecting the car on June 16, but now my exhaust has a strange sound and my auto on/off function hasnt worked since, although the drive train error has been cleared, i now have other problems that i never had! The "mechanic" kuben has a stinking attitude and clearly doesnt believe in getting things fixed the first time right. I strongly recommend that you do not take your vehicle to this establishment, they dont care about paying customers, they are poor at planning and even doing the work that they are so called experts in! the owner darren is also a non-caring person who is more concerned with his phone when customers are disgruntled.
