LEGENDARY CUSTOMER SERVICE AND REPAIRS

I would like to commend you for your legendary customer service and support. I saw one of your branded vehicles whilst i was stuck on the side of the road. i quickly googled for your contact details. I called and inquired about the services and repairs that you provide, I had my doubts as I was not sure about where i would send my vehicle for repairs at that moment. You referred Nape Towing to tow my vehicle since it was not driving after blowing up the gasket from PTA to your workshop, making it easier for me, now if that is not good service, I don’t know what is. The guys checked my car and i got a quote with everything that needed to be done to bring life back to my car. They explained that they needed at least 2 weeks with my car as there was too many problems with the car. I gave the approval and paid a deposit and the ladies kept calling me to update me on the progress of the repairs. i collected my car exactly 2 weeks as they had said.

A short while after the delivery of the car, I realised that the battery was not performing well. I phone them to let them know the following day Kuben came through and assessed the battery and it showed it had issues with the voltage and replaced it with a brand knew one and i gladly paid as it was never quoted on before.

It’s been about 6 months driving happily on the road since I had my car repaired and i have no issues at all.

Their friendly nature and passion for their work and customer service is what made the repair my car with them. Keep doing what you are doing. Thank you Kuben and your team. I appreciate all the work that you did on my car.
