DARREN AND SON HORROR STORY

Darren and Son.

This company is a ***** and very ***********. We took a car there with a seized Engen fir a Mini Cooper 2009 Model.

The company quoted around R47 000 for repairing the car.

They then called us and requested to pay an additional R4500 on extra parts they said needed to be bought.

We paid the money although it was puzzling. They then called us to collect the car but we were not happy with its status and left it behind to be further repaired.

They then requested an additional Part to be bought at BMW by ourselves valued at R1300 We are even sceptical if that part even reached the car.

Then another surprise where they requested an additional R2200. We still paid. Hopijg the car would be in a sparkling condition on collection. Then the day came when we had to collect the car. The car was leaking water and oil. Ddnt have Power and they warned us that the car needed to be driven for 80km/ hour only until the nezt oil change, which was puzzling for us because we expected the car to be at its best performance. We then returned the car back to dealt with.

Today we receive an email for a quote of R15000 with certain parts stated that need to be repaired and we got the shock of our lives, why are they requesting money even after the first problem wasnt dealt with in the first place.?

We have used alot of moneybut havent received service delivery from this so called company.

Please help us on how to take this further. We are also doing everything in our power to fighr these ******!!!
