Daren should get rid of the son!!!

Having your car serviced here seems like playing Russian Roulette. We serviced a our BMW here before and the service and general experience was acceptable. I did not find them affordable as such but the service was fair and timeous and painful enough to take the same car back there again.

Unfortunately the second service was the service from hell. It seems we were just lucky the first time around- that “the son” was not around. This extremely rude and obnoxious chancer however came into the picture. They also, very typically seem to try and fool women into spending unnecessary money on “filters” and parts that is not required. My fiancé took her car in for a minor service. It was supposed to take 45 minutes, but hours later she asked me to come there, since the dear “son” tried to convince her she had to spend more than double the initial quote on the service. He has no manners and basically waits till he has your car jacket up and already drained the oil, so they basically hold you hostage saying it is too late to stop work, and he is already billing you, then has a tremendous attitude when you then don’t want to spend the extra money. He also pretends to have a “major service” on special, and that he is saving you R2k. The only major thing there is his attitude and I would recommend- especially ladies to stay very far away!!!
