Reject designer clothing

On the 21st February 2014, I purchased a pair of Cesare Paciotti shoes for R3800, in which the inner sole was torn and I returned them in the same condition as they left the store on Monday the 27th February 2014 and took a pair of Botticelli shoes and added the difference of R700 as they were R4500, but also after closer inspection the shoe size under the shoe was re-stamped from a size 40 (6) to a size 41(7) as I am a size 41(7). <br> So I went back again the next day to exchange the shoes for another pair of Botticelli shoes for the same amount, but when I tried to exchange the shoes the sales assistant started shouting me saying that he cannot exchange the shoes because his boss shouted him for exchanging the initial pair. only to find that the size was a size 8 so I instead took a pair of Botticelli sneakers, but the left shoe had a damage to one of the holes for the laces and was concealed with drawing pins glued to the holes on both shoes. So when I went back to exchange the shoes, the owner, Anthony said the sales guy should throw them out the door which he did and said that he will show me how a small boy I am. <br>
