<p>I would not recommend using these “inexperienced project leaders" to complete your building on time. Read all the finer details before signing that contract with Andre, because once you sign on the dotted lines they do not live up to their expectations. The so called "project leader", and one of them is the owners son, with no building experience, is never on site, and if he does show up , the earliest at 13:00pm. As for the building sub-contractors(brick layers, plasters, tillers....) they only pitch on site no earlier than 11am,with no supervision, hence they do not meet their deadlines, and end up taking short cuts to get the job completed, compromising on the quality. </p> <p>Remember if you building a house you are planning on staying there for a very long time, choose your builder wisely, as you are spending your hard earned cash and do deserve quality workmanship.</p>
