Long Wait and frustrating having to request feedback on the progress.

Purchased a custom surfboard on 26 Nov 2023. Website says lead times 4-6 Weeks. No feedback on board progress until you chase and beg and plead for feedback. Its now 06 February 2024 and have no received the board i payed up front for. 11 Weeks now. Would not recommend purchasing a custom board from this company unless you willing to wait for a very long time.
