Work never done and Money ******

I asked for remotes to be coded on the 13th of November and they came to do them, while there coding the remotes my garage motor magically blew up . So they said i have to get it replaced , I agreed and paid them a sum of R3500 to have it done after i had already paid for remote coding etc. Then all the ********* behavior started , they did not pitch on the agreed date and gave many excuses from funerals to family issues. On the 22 November they send me a message saying they will refund the money due to family problems and are sorry they cant do the installation of my garage motor. I agreed and they have been giving me the run around ever since . I received a message saying they can only refund an amount of R2000 now and they will refund the difference as soon as they have it. Which obviously means they have used the money and now cant do the refund as agreed . I asked them to do the refund promptly as i paid them in full as asked . Then today i received an email saying they will not refund the money as agreed due to me cancelling the job which is a lie and the charges for said cancellation is exactly the same amount which needs to be refunded. They have ****** R1500 from me and have tried to cover it up with nonsense charges . Its businesses like these that give other operators a bad reputation. I hope they do not do this to someone else.
