Unprofessional behavior

Dark and Lovely has been looking for models for there shows and workshop , I started working with them as a model in October 2018 . During the casting , they did not give us papers to sign as prof of the amount of money they will pay each model . Till today ( 01/28/19) they haven't paid me . I need help please as to how to make them pay me my money .
