No-go for kids birthdays

Very poor experience and low quality for money; we paid R1800 for pod hire, R100/child and R700 cakeage fee (a value of the cake basically with no cake included). There was no value in that package (not even a simple decoration to assign the party pod; they refused to accommodate us to be in the shaded area, even though the place was empty; the kitchen wasn't open the 1st hour of their booked time slot. They tried to apply a service charge on the pod hire deposit. All in all, not worth it from the cost-effectiveness perspective, not to even mention the quality of pizzas and kids' food was not even chewable.
