Inefficient

This Financial service broker has been inefficient in responding to any of my queries with the exception of activating my account. They have not responded to my withdraw request so a week later I started trading again and after placing 2 orders the platform froze. It has now been over 24 hours. Should the order have resulted in a negative direction on the charts this could seriously damage someones capital and there's nothing they can do about it. One of my friends experienced the same issue a while back.
