Dare2share - no delivery of product after payment made

On 2024/03/04 I bought a product online on https://www.dare2share.co.za/ The payment was made through Payfast and I received a confirmation email that they received my payment. Since then I have had no feedback from dare2share of an intended delivery date or package tracking number. Its a PAXI delivery so its supposed to go to a Pep Store for pickup, but since I’ve had no contact from the supplier, or Pep Stores. There is no tel. No on the website to call them, and I’ve already sent 2 emails. I’m so upset about this because it was intended to be a present. All I can say is I don’t trust this company and would like to warn everyone against it.
