Unsatisfied client

I order shoes on 17 August 2024. On 7 September 2024 I received a mail that my order is on its way. On 15 September 2024 I did not received any shoes yet and ask for a refund. As per email from Dapper my refund will be paid back in 5 working days. Today is 8 October 2024 and still waiting for refund. This company keep on promise me from day one. I am very disappointed with my experience with Dapper Cape Town. It looks like I lost all my money.
