The worst delivery time for online shopping

I ordered 2x pair's of shoes on the 2nd October, and have not yet received them. I received an advise from Dapper syaing that the goods would be delivered within 25 days. Well- it is now 28 days, which is totally unacceptable for online purchase deliveries. Looking at the other reviews, i am really concerned that i will not receive the goods. I have disputed this payment via my credit card company.
