SHAMEFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE BY DAPPER CAPE TOWN

On 25/12/2024 I placed an order for a Cardigan jersey with Dapper Cape Town. Th order was paid for (EFT), acknowledged by Dapper CT and an Order Number confirmed. The delivery date was set at 13/01/2025 and to date nothing has happened. Several emails to their have borne NO response and there is no landline or other telephonic numbers provided. Are these guys for REAL? The tracking profile of this order CURRENTLY shows as per their graphic as Order Ready Dec 25 but there is NO progress to the (next phase) 'In Transit', 'Out Of Delivery' and finally 'Delivered' levels of completing the order. The SILENT treatment is the most annoying.
