My experience echos all those ones regarding order placed (November 4, 2024 for two pairs of shoes) and then nothing happens, except for 'polite' responses about progress with order, for example, 'unexpected distribution network issues' and the like; and then after follow-up inquiries you're presented with either an offer for refund or 'to give it more time'. A few days ago I sent a final email notifying them that I am going to have them investigated by an appropriate authority/ agency if I do not receive a credible response ... of I did not hear a squeak from them. I have now reached the conclusion that there is no DCT (website not functional), that it's all ****/ a **** ? They ('virtual' ?) should NOT be allowed to get away with what amounts to blatant *****ulent /******** practice or modus operandum ... and I want my nearly R3k back ! I am sure I speak for all other victims. Could Hello Peter please advise what investigative / legal steps could be pursued ... e.g. Consumer Ombud ?
