Not a real company, nobody receives their orders

I've placed an order for two pairs of sneaker in August 2024 and it is now 29 of November and I still have not received anything. I have also tried to contact them and they addressed me by the wrong name as well as an excuse of the courier company having issues with shipment. I've also requested for a refund to which they have **** and said that it will reflect in my account by the end of the week.

I have read the reviews and seems like everyone is getting the same results from this website. It is a ****, I'm out R1799 and no success with getting answers.
