Also wish there was a no star. Responded to their Facebook add and ordered/paid for mens orthopedic shoes 16 August 2024. Got tracking confirmation from YunExpress very next day. Tracking never moved from "pending". Mailed them and "Jim Amara" (probably some bot) rep****. Offerred plenty excuses and I pressed for a refund. They conceded and I sent them banking detail. They mailed back to confirm the detail and I did.

At time of writing (2/12/2024) no responce or refund. ****.

FYI. I started doing research on the product they present. I bought exactly the same shoes they advertised at R999 for R400 of Temu. Nothing about there website is true. They did not start in a Cape Town apartment and they don't create clothing.

This is utter misrepresentation in the purest form.
