I ordered a pair of Men's Orthopedic shoes on the 14th of August 2024

I ordered a pair of Men's Orthopedic shoes on the 14th of August 2024. By 19 September I still had not received a tracking number and started questioning this. I was told that it was almost ready to be shipped. I asked them for a refund on 25 September and I am still waiting for the refund. Harry/Jim keeps making promises but there is always a delay somewhere.
