Don't buy from this people as they don't deliver the product or do refunds!!!!!!

Place an order in August for shoes. Keep on getting a reply after every 3/4 mail I have to send. We still haven't received the shoes or the refund. The manager Jim keeps on promising, but nothing is happening. No shoes to show or refund? They keep on advertising the shoes but doesn't deliver any service at all!!!!!!!
