Bad service empty promises

I ordered shoes and waited 2 months for delivery. After the delivery I discovered that it is not the size that I have ordered. I contacted them several times via e mail will promises you will have your money back in your account within 7 days The seven days is now 35 days later . Not sure if they wait for orders to have money available to pay clients.
