Bad service and no delivery

where do I begin placed my order on the 9 October 2024. Found the company posted on facebook and it looked amazing so I ordered shoes for my partner, got the tracking number and confirmation so a while later I emailed them asking progress of parcel they rep**** that there was a back log of orders and delivery takes weeks they don't keep you updated and no phone number I will never use them again
