BAD RETAIL SERVICE EXPERIENCE

I bought a jacket online on 26 September 2024 and to date I still haven't received my jacket. I've made numerous enquiries with them and always I receive a response challenges they're facing with their delivery service providers. I've even went to the extend of requesting for a refund and now I'm being told that they're having financial problems!

BE EXTRA CAREFUL WHEN MAKING ONLINE PURCHASES WITH THIS ONLINE RETAILER!!!
