bad customer service and *****ulent online store

I have bought a sneaker on 14 September from this store online and till today I'm still waiting for it, and when i ask about they keep on telling me they had logistic problems for more than two months now.

and there are no contact number for them and i have asked to be refunded Seens they're not servicing their customers but taking their money without providing the service.
