Avoid Dapper Cape Town

We ordered some shoes in August have still not received them. They respond very quickly to our queries apologizing with all sorts of excuses. We then requested a refund a month ago and still no joy, just very polite responses apologizing DONT USE THEM unless you want to donate to an unworthy cause.
