**** ALERT

I purchased a pair of shoes on the 12 August 2024. I was informed that the shoes will arrive in 20 working days which makes it 6 September. After that date i send an email enquiring about my order #DCT1732. Mr Jim Amara who is Head of Customer care , email - *** answered me back and apologised for the delay stating that they have distribution issues , and that he will expedite my order. After this 1st email i have send another 3 or 4 and everytime Mr Amara promise me that he is looking into it. The last email was that the shoes will arrive by Friday 18 October. On Monday 21 st i send an email as i see that they are advertising all over the media again. Up to now i have not received a reply from Jim Amara or any one from Dapper Capetown or my shoes. I do not know what else to do , but to warn the public NOT to buy from them .
