Long Waiting time

I got at the clinic at 09h31 and it took them 30 minutes to find my file which is fine but its 13h00 and i am still waiting in the que for my file to be called out so that i can be helped or attended to... They say that their maximum waiting time is 3 hours but i have been here for more than that... People who have found me here have been assist and i am still waiting.... A man who came after me complained that he has been waiting for long and they assiated him so because i am not complaining thats why its taking long to be assisted😡😡😡
