Complaint

I would like to lay a grivience about Danville Clinic in Pretoria West. People who have appointments are treated as top priority whereas if you come in sick for the day you will be assisted last. People who habe appointments are not sick they came for check ups and to fetch medication. You come in sick and come early at 6 but you only be assisted after people with appointments can be assisted that will only be after people of the 9:00 appointment will be assited. You come early cause ure sick and you want to be assisted so that you can go home. But u come at 6 only yo be assisted at 12 just because you didnt make or have an appointment for that particular day. When you complain they dont care and tell you its their procedure. Something must be done cause one day someone will pass out or die because u come in sick but wont be assisted cause of non appointment.
